Returns & Refund

All the purchases are non-refundable. Only Store Credit is applicable.

  • Our return request policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery of final goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange for store credit.
  • Send us an email with your order number at steezyindia@gmail.com or whatsapp message on +91 9175936867
  • Store Credit is valid for 6 months.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed via email/whatsapp.
HOW LONG IS THE RETURN TIMELINE
  • Since a third party, i.e courier company is involved, the return procedure takes 15 working days to be completed.
  • On receiving the garment, our team will take up to 2 working days to inspect the product.
  • If all our conditions for replacements are met, the amount paid by you towards the garment, after deducting the shipping charges, will be reimbursed in the form of a store credit on our website www.steezy.in. 
RETURN SHIPPING
  • We will arrange your pickup if your area pincode is serviceable.
  • A return fee of Rs.100/- will be adjusted to the store credit amount.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • It takes about 10-14 days for your return item to reach us. 

Sale items (if applicable)

  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded for store credit.
  • Sale Items cannot be exchanged for any other item. Size exchange is possible for the item purchased if available.
