Returns, Refund & Exchange
Thank you for shopping with Steezy! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we have a straightforward return policy to assist you.
Returns:- We have a 7 day return policy from the day you receive your order. You can raise a return request on email@example.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9175936867. The return package will be picked up from the address it was delivered to.
- The item must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached. It must be in the original packaging.
- Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- After inspection, the transfer of payment will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges will be deducted.
- The transfer of payment will be processed within 7-10 business days from us receiving the returned product.
- Return fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from the total amount.
Exchanges:- We only accept Exchanges if there is a sizing issue.
- Your new order will be dispatched 2 days after we receive your initial order and complete our quality inspection.
Damages and Issues:- Incase of a damaged item, raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the order on firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp us on +91 9175936867. Kindly add pictures of the damaged item if possible on mail or Whatsapp itself.
- The return package will be picked up from the address it was delivered to.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, complete transfer of payment will be processed to the original payment method.
Sale item:- Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned & refunded.
Sale items cannot be exchanged for any other item. Size exchange is possible for sale items if desired size is available.
